Questions
Do I need food experience?
It helps, but it isn't essential. The menu and kit are designed to be learned quickly, and training covers food safety, cooking, service and running the trailer.
Do I have to work in the trailer myself?
No. You can run it yourself or hire a manager. The format is designed for one or two staff per shift.
Can I choose my own site?
Yes, with our approval. We'll help you check footfall, power, permissions and competition before you commit.
Is the food halal?
Yes. All our meat is halal, and every KRUXO keeps to the same standard.
What areas are available?
